Ms. Cheryl Kassner
CEO
Cheryl has been involved with the Telecommunications industry since 1985. At that time she was involved with a telecom company in Denver called CommWorld. Her experience in customer care and training has developed over many years and hundreds of installations. She has dealt with many challenges and has learned the importance of maintaining a customer focus to ensure their satisfaction with the product and services. This background has given her the industry knowledge to implement systems and procedures that will assure Teleco of the Rockies customers with a high level of satisfaction. Cheryl is an active member of the Gary Plumery Foundation.
Credentials: Cheryl Kassner graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. Mrs. Kassner is one of the Partners as well as CEO, with primary responsibility for Corporate Procedures and Contract Approval along with Customer Care and Project Management.
Mr. Jeff O'Neill
VP of Business Development
Jeff has been involved with the Telecommunications industry since 1979 when he began his career as a Sales Representative for Comtel, an organization in California that installed and maintained Rolm PBX telephone systems. In 1981 Jeff moved back to Colorado where he owned and operated a sales franchise for CommWorld. In 1994 Jeff became involved with Teleco, Inc., a national dealer network of over 300 telecommunications companies across the country. This network of telecommunications dealers allowed Teleco of the Rockies to develop relationships with companies that have multiple locations across the country, utilizing the Teleco network for local support. Opportunities of this nature have given Mr. O'Neill the industry knowledge to not only work with local companies, but also many large companies that may have multiple sites around the world.
Credentials: Jeff O'Neill is one of the Partners as well as VP of Sales. His primary responsibilities include Business Development and Leadership to the Sales and Marketing team of Teleco of the Rockies.
Mr. Dilpreet Jammu
VP of Special Projects
Mr. Dilpreet Jammu brings nearly two decades of strategic business development, operations and investment experience in the telecommunications, cable and new technology sectors. Until most recently he was Director of Corporate Business Development and Ventures Nortel Networks. Since 1987, he has held senior business, technology and investment positions for several companies including, Jones Intercable, AT&T, Bell Northern Research, BCI Inc. and Nortel Networks. Jammu's academic areas include a Bachelors Degree in physics and one in electrical engineering from the University of Prince Edward Island and the University New Brunswick respectively and Executive Education at Wharton School of Business.
Credentials: Dilpreet is one of the Partners as well as Business Advisor.
Mr. Kevin Kassner
Technical Support Manager
Kevin has been in the Telecommunications industry since 1992 where he became involved with order processing and product staging for PBX systems. This exposure gave him industry knowledge of all materials and technical time needed to complete a professional installation. This also requires extensive knowledge on all other aspects of an installation including Qwest digital and analog services. To assure customers of Teleco of the Rockies a smooth installation, Kevin works closely with the project management team to coordinate the manpower of the technical team to complete the requested work or service.
Credentials: Kevin Kassner - Is a long time team member of Teleco of the Rockies. His responsibility is to oversee the Teleco of the Rockies technical team with system installations. Kevin and his department also facilitate customer expansions and relocations.
Ms. Aletha Zens
Customer Care Manager
Aletha began her telecommunications career in 1986 where she was Vice President of Franchise Communications for CommWorld. While in this capacity she established installation procedures for offices across the country to standardize on certain items within an installation. She also coordinated events for annual shareholder and franchise meetings across the country. Through this exposure, Aletha has extensive skills in project management and implementation.
Credentials: Aletha Zens is an Associate Partner of Teleco of the Rockies. Her responsibilities include managing and administering the Customer Care and Project Management department. Her team of experts gathers all critical information pertaining to an installation, and then coordinates and implements the services and products purchased through Teleco of the Rockies and Qwest. Aletha also oversees training and post-sale customer support.
