DAY/TIME/DATE ADJUSTMENT

DATE

  1. From any station, leave the handset in the cradle and press the Intercom Button.
  2. Dial #651. (You will hear confirmation tone).
  3. Dial the date (YYMMDD). (Make sure you enter 6 numbers)
  4. Press the "#" sign.
  5. Press SPKR.

TIME

  1. From any station, leave the handset in the cradle and press the Intercom Button.
  2. Dial #652. (You will hear confirmation tone).
  3. Dial the time (HHMMSS). This is military time format. (Make sure you enter 6 numbers)
  4. Press the "#" sign.
  5. Press Spkr.

Note: The day-of-week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) is automatically set by the system.
